Hi Nick Thanks for your answer. I have installed the Freesurfer 4.01 version on CENTOS 5 but when I use the tksurfer tool the program abort. Have been fixed this problem in the FreeSurfer 4.05 version?
On the other hand, I can´t install the CENTOS 4.0 because is incompatible with the SATA hard disk of my computer. Any idea?
