Hi Jake,
a single mp-rage is usually not a problem. The only thing you have to be
aware of is making sure that you don't have imbalanced groups (e.g. all
patients with a single mp-rage and all controls with 2).
cheers,
Bruce

Hi!
Can anyone tell me what possible issues there are with only using one
mprage in creating a recon?
[Our first mprage is crashing the reconstruction, and we have found that
there was an error of some sort during that mprage, thus the need to do
the recon with only the second mprage.]
Thanks in advance,
Jake
