Hi Jared,

yes, we have both volumetric and surface-based:

mris_hausdorff_dist
usage: mris_hausdorff_dist [options] <surface> <label1> <label2>
-a <annot name> compute pairwise HD between all annotations
mri_hausdorff_dist
USAGE: mri_hausdorff_dist <options> <vol1> <vol2> ... <output text file>
        where options are:
-b <thresh> binarize input volumes with threshold <thresh>
-g <sigma> blur the input image with Gaussian <sigma>
-max compute the max of the min distances instead of the mean

cheers,
Bruce

Hi freesurfer masters,
I was wondering if freesurfer had a way of comparing two segmentations for surface differences, something along the lines of a Hausdorff distance or the symmetric mean absolute surface distance
Cheers,
Jared
