Hi Freesurfer experts,
Compiling FreeSurfer with GPU support failed with the error message
which is added to the end of this email.
The current build environment is as follows:
GeForce GTX 690
CUDA Toolkit 4.2
CentOS 6.3
I wonder if there are any specific requirements for building
CUDA-enabled FreeSurfer. Any information/help would be appreciated.
