Hello,

I am trying to run Surface Group Analysis with Qdec, but am stuck on
the "make_average_subject" step. I have run this command on four subjects
in my virtual machine and everything is fine. However, I have 13 subjects
and there is not enough room in the virtual machine for them. I have moved
my subjects to the C drive after running all the appropriate commands. I
set the environment to the C drive from the virtual machine, but the
make_average_subject does not complete. This is the error:
writing update template with 13 subjects to lh.reg.template.tif...
      TIFFLinkDirectory: Error fetching directory count.
      TIFFWriteScanLine: lh.reg.template.tif:
In place update to compressed TIFF images not supported..
      TIFFWrite: TiffWriteScanLine returned error
      curvature mean = 0.003, std = 0.572
      curvature mean = -0.081, std = 1.818
      Protocol error
      Segmentation fault
      Error:make_average_surface

In addition, since I am out of space, is there any way to increase the size
of virtual machine disk image? We are using the Xubuntu Virtual Box as
recommended on the FreeSurfer installation webpage.

Thank you in advance,
Kristina
