I did! it all went well until installing it... I couldn't do the setenv FREESURFER_HOME /usr/local/freesurfer
so I though I needed the license... and got stuck and still stuck... :) Now that I am looking at the other folders, I see that some else had already installed freesurfer in the "downloads folder"... that might be causing trouble. The freesurfer folder there has a lock on it... I can't trash or move it, maybe I should uninstall everything and start over? How do I uninstall free surfer? Thanks and sorry for all this mess, Katica ________________________________________ From: freesurfer-boun...@nmr.mgh.harvard.edu [freesurfer-boun...@nmr.mgh.harvard.edu] on behalf of Douglas N Greve [gr...@nmr.mgh.harvard.edu] Sent: Monday, August 26, 2013 4:31 PM To: freesurfer@nmr.mgh.harvard.edu Subject: Re: [Freesurfer] FW: How do we obtain the .license file from registration e-mail and put it in the Freesurfer home directory?
