Hi Freesurfer experts,
I would like to register my test subjects to fsaverage and extract WM
surface parcellation info into ascii files
I think the surface registration and parcellation annotation is done
correctly:
*mri_surf2surf* --hemi lh --srcsubject MY_SBJ --sval-annot aparc
--trgsubject fsaverage --tval MY_DIR
The output in is an annotation file according to mris_info, it's
vertices should aligned with fsaverage.
But I could figure out how to use *mris_convert* to convert the annot
file to a ascii file. *

Is there a way to extract the vertex - anatomical region table similar
to surface feature ascii files, like *mris_convert -c lh.thickness
lh.white lh.thickness.asc* outputs?
