The way I'm reading it, the talairach.m3z not found error is in
ca_label, and due to ca_register not completing properly.

I have to admit that I'm a bit short on possible reasons for this.
Looking at the above, I'm guessing that you have a monitor plugged in
to this graphics card? Do you still get the same error if you unplug
that monitor, so there's no runtime limit on CUDA kernels.
