Hi Kris - The tracts have to be labeled manually in a set of subjects, that TRACULA uses as its training data. It takes the manually labeled tracts and the anatomical segmentation of each of the training subject and it computes the probability that a tract will go through or next to each segmentation label as a function of position along the tract's trajectory. These are used as prior probabilities to find the tracts in any new subject without doing manual labeling.

Is it possible to train tracula to track additional pathways other than the 18 thats are already included? I was to track several pathways that are not included with Tracula. Best, Kris
