I'm using the talairach_mixed_with_skull.gca and face.gca sample files found onhttps://surfer.nmr.mgh.harvard.edu/fswiki/mri_deface but the actual input mgz came from a scanner here at the center. Maybe this is a CentOS 7 compatibility problem? Please let me know if there is any other information I can provide.
