have you checked the Talairach transform? The recon logfile shows:

z-score: -17
WARNING: Talairach QA check failed!
z-score of -17 is <= threshold of -9\n
\nManual Talairach alignment may be necessary, or
include the -notal-check flag to skip this test,
making sure the -notal-check flag follows -all
or -autorecon1 in the command string.
