do you know how those .mgz files were generated? It looks like they were
created using a buggy version. You can try setting:
setenv FS_SKIP_TAGS 1
then rerunning mri_convert and see if that works

was able to convert
all other groups(MMRR, NKI-TRT, NKI-RS).
Command i tried "mri_convert aseg.mgz to aseg.nii" it throws cannot allocate
memory error, where as
it works for all other series other than HLN.
I have attached the screen shot of error message for your reference.
Can you please help me out?
