I have a structural image (orig.mgz) that has 256 * 256 * 256 dimension, c_r: 0 c_a: 0 c_s:0, and a functional file that has 64*58 * 48* 200, c_r = -0, c_a = 11.9, c_s = 2.7. Two files have different start and end time, too. I have went through processing steps, but the output does not overlap with orig.mgz. tkregister-sess —bbr-sum value is 0.95. How can I overlap these two brain images with different dimensions, start/end times, geometry? I appreciate your help!
