External Email - Use Caution

Hi Fleur,

the error:

> ln: failed to create symbolic link 'brain.nii.gz': Operation not supported

sounds like the file system used on the server does not support the creation of
symbolic links. Maybe this is a Windows server, and the hard disk in question
is formatted using some Windows file system (e.g., NTFS or some FAT flavour)?

You should ask your IT admin on the server whether they can provide a disk with
a unix filesysytem (e.g., ext4).

Best,

Tim
