External Email - Use Caution Hi there,
I want to get a list of all vertex numbers within a defined region. For example, to see what vertices are in the superior frontal lobe using the DKAtlas. Would you have any suggestions? I am currently using Matlab to analyse the cortical surface mesh so it would be great to have this list in a Matlab environment. Thank you very much, Sarah Lavelle
