I've been learning Freesurfer software for a long time but still, I couldn't understand its basics and how a freesurfer actually works. I am always searching all the terms from the freesurfer web page but not getting exactly how it works. It will be a great help from your side for me if you can provide me the manual of freesurfer. Such as how the folders are generated and in each folder (ex. MRI folder-auto.mgz, aparc+aseg.mgz files) file is getting generated. Thank You. Regards, Ahsan
