External Email - Use Caution I installed freesurfer 7.4.1 on Debian 12 (using the Ubuntu 22 .tar.gz). Some programs run fine, but some do not.
When running recon-all, I get the following error: -bash: /opt/freesurfer/freesurfer-7.4.1/bin/recon-all: cannot execute: required file not found It does have execute permissions. What might be happening?
