Error in SegmentSubfieldsT1Longitudinal (line 2148) My environment: $ cat $FREESURFER_HOME/build-stamp.txt freesurfer-Linux-centos7_x86_64-dev-20171219-d5d1e74 $ cat /etc/os-release NAME="AlmaLinux" VERSION="9.4 (Seafoam Ocelot)" ID="almalinux" ID_LIKE="rhel centos fedora" VERSION_ID="9.4" PLATFORM_ID="platform:el9" ... I can tell which of the 6 timepoints each of the 8 subjects are failing on, and i don't see anything particularly different about the input images from the failing tp, so i'm not sure what's going on or where to begin troubleshooting. I have tried simply re-running and gotten the same result. Attaching an example log file. Any help is appreciated - thanks!! Annchen
