External Email - Use Caution

Hi all,
I am trying to compute the Hausdorff distance between a binary mask and all
the ROIs in the atlas (cvs_avg35_inMNI152), in order to identify the
closest ROIs to the mask.
To better account for the folding behavior of the cortical surface, I would
like to use *geodesic distance* as the metric instead of the Euclidean one.
Is there an easy way to compute this?

Thanks in advance!
Best regards,
Davide
