I'm slowly working on an open source implementation of the FDMDV modem
(http://www.arrl.org/files/file/FDMDV.pdf).  This is being done in
software by building on fldigi.  Once I've got it working, the first
thing I plan to do is test with codec2 instead of LPC10.

I like the look of your DV-RPTR board - I'm afraid I don't have the
maths skills you are looking for though.  I'll hopefully buy one of
the boards early next year and see if there is anything I can help
with.
