Oops. I had not thought through the fact that David has us on a path to
win HF first, and differently than the way we would win VHF. Very good
point.
I am told an older version of Codec2 is already in GNURadio. We need to
get into PowerSDR. What else? The team is currently building a
stand-alone application, whiich is fine, but if possible we should add
modes to what people are already using.
