The module that Chris uses includes a low-end ARM processor with no floating 
point and no memory management. It does run uClinux, it has Ethernet, and it 
can demodulate GMSK, but it's not up to running Codec2 or as powerful an 
application platform as I'd like. 

We have two hardware platforms that I think we can display. One is "HT of the 
Future" and is as smart as a smartphone and makes all commercial HTs look 
primitive. The other is a Raspberry Pi + an SDR. It would make commercial HTs 
look primitive if it had a touchscreen.
