So I started looking into my Build<???> files and found out the hard way
that if you're using MinGW without MSYS then you don't have access to a
POSIX'ish shell, when means no autotools "configure".
In the case of wxWidgets they have a MinGW makefile pre-generated, but it
has no install target.
I think I can eventually figure it out but I really only created the
bootstrapping option as a convenience Perhaps it's best to leave the
building of wxWidgets to the person and not try to automate so much...
