In thinking about everything for a day, I had another thought/option.
We don't necessary need a 1:1 relationship between a project and a library.
Whatever name we give the project (rfmodem or otherwise) we can have any
number of libraries in that project so we could literally have a
"libgolay23" and have each one be a separate library.
Thoughts?
