Ok, I was finally able to find out why wxWidgets 2.9.5 wasn't building
under mingw (bad header include order) and got that fixed. This new FreeDV
installer includes the latest codec2-dev checkout and wxWidgets-2.9.5.
Please test and let me know if anything doesn't work.
