modems. I have a few QSLs for my effort. It was the most frustrating mode I
ever used because of the poor sync robustness.

He kept reducing the power, and I kept receiving him perfectly, even though I
could no longer see or hear the analog. I suspect it would work great at 1
watt, if you had your own private 3 kHz :-)
