Well the symbol rate for each carrier is Rs=50 symbols/s, so the over
sampling rate M = Fs/Rs = 8000/50 = 160

So you get a lot of arrays of length (17 carriers)*(160
samples/symbol)*(8 bytes/complex sample) = lots of RAM
