Hi Simon,
This would probably kill your use of HF from that location, should you
ever get interested in HF (and in general this is something hams do as
they get older). I suggest you talk with the volunteer legal counsel in
your national radio society. It reduces the value of your home to you,
and you should be compensated for your damage or financially assisted
with relocation. You would have to file legal documents to get that.
