HI Richard,

It installs/runs ok on a Win XP machine. Good job! I just made a QSO using it.

However, it does not have the Speex Mic Audio Pre-Processor filter which
removes low frequency noise in Mics and some noisy sound devices.
This is important for many to have since it can avoid transmitting "noise"
caused by these devices to the listener. David added this option sometime ago
and it works well. It is an option under the "Filter" tab.

Mel

Subject: [Freetel-codec2] FreeDV Windows native build

Well I had taken a break for several months after fighting problems with
undefined references with the sox and sndfile dependencies but I took another
shot today and I think I figured it out!

Well I can build and create an installer without errors, now comes the real
test.

I don't have a windows machine I can easily test functionality from so here's
a link to an installer if some other brave soul wants to test it for me :)

  Thanks,
  Richard
