Not yet, this was hot off the presses, the bits are still warm :)
That would be the next step but I'll go ahead and tell everyone, the build
is done on the MSYS2 environment. It's still young and occasionally rough
around the edges but it's evolving quickly and even has package management
(they ported pacman over from Arch linux).
Of course with the cmake build, FreeDV and codec2 don't require a posix
enviornment but several of the build dependencies still use
autoconf/automake.
