It looks like LGPL 2.1 only. David would have to say whether that's intentional.

And yes, FreeDV is GPL rather than LGPL.

In general I do advise allowing the later versions or simply switching to them. The case law has changed significantly since Richard wrote version 2, and licenses should keep up with the law if there is a hope of having them hold up in court. And LGPL 3 reduces the license combinatorial problem by incorporating the GPL text by reference.

I finally just about have it done but one things the reviewer noticed is that the license is LGPLv2 (not LGPLv2+). It's not a problem but I just wanted to make sure that we intentionally were not allowed "or any later version".
