I'll take a look. One thing I've found is that linking with static libraries is VERY sensitive with the link order.
Hopefully it's something easy but I have spent hours trying to figure out things like this. You can see that it's pulling in the static portaudio libraries but for some reason still can't find the Pa_Terminate function. Thanks, Richard
