Hi Richard,

many thanks for the super quick response. That’s good news. Until a Windows 64
bit installer will be available I’ll use my 32 bit laptop. Alfred, HB9EPU and
me are eager to test the 700 mode under critical propagation conditions. As our
HPSDR environment also needs some PC resources it was my intention to start
will an optimal system.

Hi All,

I'm sorry that I've to repeat my urgent question: Does anyone run any
version of freeDV on a windows 10-64bit machine? If yes, I've to continue
the frustrating examination with all kinds of available HD audio drivers.
It's confounding me that all my other apps like Fldigi, Easypal, dream DRM
are working perfectly, while freeDV offers me permanently the analog sound
of my RX, independent of the analog switch position in the checkbox.
Testing with a win7 32 bit machine and of course the same settings
radio/freeDV everything is ok. As I' m using advanced HPSDR software on the
PC I don't want to downgrade OS in favor of freeDV.

Any reports, ideas or recommendations?

It's theoretically possible to build a Windows 64 bit installer which may
help... I have attempted to create one but the problem is I have trouble
building hamlib so I'm currently using the prebuilt win32 binaries. With the
imminent release of hamlib 3.0, I may try again.

Thanks,

Richard
