there should be no issues running 32 bit FreeDV on windows 64.

I run it on my 8.1 x64 machine.

but, come into the real world Helmut, use linux.....
 
All my LInux machines run under virual machine environments on my windows8.1 x64 machine...

Maybe we should cook up a USB key Debian Live Free-DV...

It's theoretically possible to build a Windows 64 bit installer which may help... I have attempted to create one but the problem is I have trouble building hamlib so I'm currently using the prebuilt win32 binaries. With the imminent release of hamlib 3.0, I may try again.
