I did a short test, there is clearly some improvement on the female sample hts2a in 700C which was poor in 700B before, but the male sample hts1a sounds better in 700B in my opinion as it sounds more nasal now and "attacked" had a clear 'ck'-noise before and now it sounds more like "attached". I also wonder if we could get even lower bitrate now, like 300-400 b/s that sounds similar to 700(A).
