I was playing with a bit of code, and I thought I'd produce a waveform of
nothing but pilot frames, with the data frames set to zero (an impossible
thing normally).
So basically you have 160 pilot samples (20 ms) and 7 x 160 data samples
(140 ms) at the 8 kHz sample rate.
Maybe useful for experimenting with sync algorithms. It's 10 seconds long.
