Hi all, On the Pi here, I get about the same decode as from my MAC Pro when playing ve9qrp_700d_int1_slow_snr2dB.wav on the Linux PC here out it's speakers and into the same mic on the Pi and the MAC.
The sound devices for the mic are C-Media USB device clones. The MAC is a Gigabyte P45 m/b with a Core 2 Quad CPU. O/S El Capitan 60% CPU load with Waterfall The Pi is a Banana Pi, 1G ram, dual core, 1Tb SATA disk as / and swap. O/S Fedora 25 70% CPU load with Spectrum, GUI on RDP terminal My "proposed" FreeDV "box" will be a Banana Pi M2 Berry, a 128Gb SATA SSD and two C-Media clone USB audio devices. This will all fit in a box two house-bricks in size. No bigger than a Yaesu FT-897. Power consumption about 0.5A @ 5V. What do you think?
