Hi guys, Battling "parrot" on my Odroid N2 caused me to check my audio with the FreeDV GUI. Testing PC speaker to the mic on the Odroid N2.
I ran up mode 2020 and, low and behold, the CPU usage goes up to just 55%. That's HEAPS better than my previous trials. OS here: Armbian Focal with kernel 5.6.18-meson64 on 16Gb SanDisk SD card, the no desktop version then loaded the XFCE4 GUI and start with: startxfce4 Sound device is a USB C-Media el-cheepo. 0d8c:013c C-Media Electronics, Inc.
