I am taking about the following IC's.
1. TPS54329E used in the power circuit (12-15 VDC -> 5 VDC
2. STMPS2141 used in OTG USB interface
3. EMIF02-USB03F2 also used in OTG USB interface
4. LD3985M33R used in 5V to 3.3 V PS.

Okay, so for (1) and (4)… any PSU capable of supplying the required current levels will do the job.

You might need to identify any supporting circuitry around these parts, in particular the TPS54329E will have inductors and capacitors around it.

Whatever part you replace the TPS54329E with, you may need to re-design that part of the circuit as it may require different value inductors/capacitors around it. An easy way out would be to switch that chip and surrounding parts with a 12V→5V 3A switch-mode module.

As for (4), the LD3985M33R is a bog-standard 3.3V low-noise LDO capable of sourcing up to 150mA.
