The latest version of Free Energy is created by stripping down the
latest version of Free Trade (i.e. Free Energy's development has lapsed
in favor of Free Energy). Leon has a created a current version of Free
Energy. If you are simply interested in the methodology, Turbine (the
Java version of Free Energy) has some pretty decent documentation at
<http://working-dogs.com>.
