Hi jj,
most site use the system you mentioned, but not the people use the Browser or
S.O. in it own language.
In my case for examples, i use for a lot a job Windows95 in English version, in
other case i use Linux in with the localization files setted to italian, but the
browswer is forwveer in English (Mozzilla, Opera etc. etc.)
