I starting to put together a cd store using free trade, and was
wondering if anyone had implemented a shipping by destination and
weight module?
On internationalisation;
the apache documentaion on content negotiation is pretty
comprehensive and gives a nice overview of how its handled server
side, and what headers are available.
apache content negotiation:

Perhaps a combination of content negotiation based on http headers
and using cookies to store language choices would be a good way to
approach the issue. Altho investigating further it seems that php can
only access the header information if it is running as an apache
module....
