keep reading the WM website...WM will eventually fall under the SPL or
another license. 

I have also been in discussions with Justin Wells, Frank Hecker (one of the
people who was responsible for Mozilla.org happening), Brian Behlendorf (my
boss and also head of the Apache Software Foundation) and Roy Fielding
(pres. of the ASF).

We have all agreed a new license needs to exist. We just haven't agreed on
the license because of concerns that Justin has. Justin has also given us
(the Turbine Project) special permission to use WM for the time being
because of this.

In other words. Don't worry about it. We are working on it. :-)
