Let me just add that I seem to recall that the reason I started using
entities like this was due to a browser getting confused by seeing what it
thought was an entity. And the result was that some characters were being
thrown away. Unfortunately, there are places in FreeTrade where the entity
is placed directly in the anchor tag instead of being placed by the
ScreenURL function. My intention is to remove all these bugs in FreeTrade
2. That way you can hack ScreenURL if you really don't like the entities in
the URLs.
