Hey Leon;

I'm running PHP 4.03 pl1-installer.exe.  Just downloaded from php.net today.
I just used the default settings when prompted.  I have never had this
happen before.  Once I did as John suggested it works fine.  If I do have a
setup problem let me know what you think it is and i'll try to track it
down.
