I have been trying to get pre5-test5 up and running, but I am having some issues with it when I try and watch tv or try and watch a movie (so pretty much anytime I use mplayer). I am running a stock install of Slackware 9 with no X installed. Also, I am using my own MPlayer 0.90 (final) release built from source and whenever I try and use mplayer from within Freevo, I get the following error in my mplayer_stderr.log file:
/bin/sh: relocation error: ./runtime/dll/libc.so.6: symbol __libc_stack_end, version GLIBC_PRIVATE not defined in file ld-linux.so.2 with link time reference So, does anyone have an answer to this (other than use the mplayer that was included with the runtime)?
