Just a quick question. Are you modifying the location of mplayer in freevo.conf or are you copying your mplayer to runtime/apps/mplayer?
It seems that it is tring to use the preloaded libraries for your mplayer, which would happen if you copied your mplayer to the runtime directory. If this is not the case then I suspect something is broken.

Only modified the the freevo.conf. When you say something broken, whatexactly do you mean?
Broken as in that it shoul not be using the libs from runtime/dll while running apps from outside of the runtime, which I think yours is doing.
Is your runapp.c fresh out of CVS and recompiled?
