The only thing with that, is you need to do the following:

1. Move to runapp
2. Make a 'lock' so we don't try to encode a file that isn't done

I think an optional one is good, but I like the idea of just popping
in a CD and hitting a button to encode to my preferred format. I don't
know about you, but I always just encode to --preset extreme with
lame, I don't need to choose the options each time. 

Perhaps a submenu so you'd get this:

* Backup CD to mp3
* Backup CD to ogg
* Backup CD to wav
* Change Encoding Options
