        Yes, I finally got my G450 working without the horrible jitter/shaking 
problems. I am using the exact setup you have (except for a 2.4.18 kernel) and it's 
the first time I've actually had things working satisfactory.
        Note to others trying this: I was unable to get mplayer-0.90 to work with 
DirectFB 0.9.19. Be prepared to grab a CVS version of MPlayer.
