File options from fxd files are added to command line in videoitem.py and
options from local_conf.py in mplayer.py so there is no easy way to do this
(I think). Would it be better just to give a list of files and options to
plugin and plugin would deside what to do with those, or is there a reason
why control have to be back in Freevo when moving to next movie file? I guess
those fxd options could be named [plugin_name]-options and only the options
for the plugin in use would be passed to it.
